Economy COMFORT

Ticket cancellation
- Cancellations permitted any time.
- The admin fee of 20.00€ per direction is collected for cancellation.
- In case of combination of different fare categories, the refund restriction for each sector/fare component applies.
- In case the passenger is rejected for travel due to incomplete/forged travel documents refund is not allowed.
- Fare is non-refundable in case of no show due to incomplete travel documents when checked in.
- In case of rejection of visa, admin fee of 20.00€ per direction will be charged.
- 40.00€ fee for No-Show charged per direction.

- Rebooking permitted any time provided that the new tickets fare amount is equal to or higher than the original ticket fare amount.
- Charge applies per fare component per adult/child, rebooking fee is non-refundable.
- In case of ticket change the non-refundable amount remains non-refundable.
- 40.00€ fee for No-Show charged per direction.

Children and infant discounts
- For children between 2 and 11 years of age the charge is 75% of the fare, except for classes W/S/T/U/P/E the charge is 100% of the fare.
- Infant under 2 years old without a seat charge 10% of the fare.
- Infant under 2 years old with a seat charge 75% of the fare, except for classes W/S/T/U/P/E charge is 100% of the fare.
- When an infant completes 2 years of age before or during the trip, then a child fare is applicable depending on availability in addition to the applicable taxes and airport charges
Note: Unaccompanied child or infant travel is not permitted. Unaccompanied child or infant must be accompanied on all flights by an adult 18 or older.
General Rules
- For any transaction via the Ellinair call center or airport offices, a service fee of 15.00€ is applicable and is non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation. The service fee is waived for infants without a seat.
- The ticket is a personal contract between Ellinair and the Passenger and cannot be transferred to another person.
- In case of name change, the amount of 20.00€ per direction will be charged. Name change is only permitted in the following cases, strictly with the presentation of an official document showing the correct name:
- Incorrect entry of the name during its transliteration using Latin characters.
- A passenger with two names, while the ticket bears only one name.
- Bookings made by spouses that have different surnames.
- Confusion between first name and surname.
- Open ticket is not permitted.
- Identity Cards and Passports accompanied by a Visa (where required) are considered to be travel documents. Passengers are obliged to be aware of the regulations for entry into a foreign country.
