We act as data controllers when processing your data. Ellinair processes your personal information in order to fulfill its legal, regulatory and contractual obligations and to provide you with its services. Ellinair takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place.

Ellinair may use systems hosted by providers outside the European Union (EU) to serve processing purposes.

In these cases, we take steps to ensure that these providers use the necessary level of protection when processing your information and comply with the strict specifications and measures set by Ellinair to protect your personal data and to comply with the relevant legislative framework.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Ellinair keeps your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the provision of the service or for as long as required by law. We have implemented strict revision and maintenance policies to meet these obligations. According to Greek tax law, we have to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact information) for at least 10 years, and then destroy them.

Lodging A Complaint

Ellinair will only process your personal data in accordance with this privacy notice and applicable data protection laws. If, however, you wish to file a complaint about the processing of your personal data or if you are unsatisfied with the way your data is handled, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
