Your safety and service is our primary concern at Ellinair. Our staff is at your disposal to provide you with all the necessary services for a comfortable and relaxing flight.

Wheelchairs

If you need a wheelchair* or any other type of assistance, either during boarding or landing, please tell us when making your reservation and at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure of your flight by calling the following telephone numbers: 801 100 81 82 (from Greek landline) or +30 2311 22 47 00 (calls from mobile and international calls).

*The wheelchair is transported free of charge, in addition to the permitted baggage allowance.

Post-operative period

If you travelling while in a post-operative period, you must have a medical certificate indicating that you are permitted to travel.

Visually impaired and hearing impaired passengers

If you are visually or hearing impaired, you may be accompanied by your trained guide dog free of charge, after informing our call center when booking your ticket.

Supplementary oxygen during the flight

If you need oxygen during the flight, you will need to provide the completed and signed medical form MEDIF at the check-in.

Passengers requiring medical authorization

If you require medical authorization (e.g. during a post-operative period), you will need to provide the medical form MEDIF, completed and signed by the treating physician.

Passengers requiring special assistance

In any other case, when you are a passenger, have special needs and access requirements, please inform us when booking your ticket or by calling our call center:

Depending on the case, you may need to submit the completed and signed medical form MEDIF.

Passengers with special needs must be at the check-in at least one hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
