Comfort category fare rules in Y, M class

In case of ticket cancellation, fare and taxes are refundable, including surcharge (YQ). A ticket cancellation fee (YR) of 20.00 EUR is applicable.

The service fee of 15.00 EUR (YR) that is being charged via Ellinair call center or airport offices for each ticket issuance or amendment, is non-refundable.

In case of a No-Show passenger, for any ticket amendment, there is a 40.00 EUR No-Show fee per ticket or the equivalent amount in USD.

Tickets can be rebooked free of charge, subject to the same fare/class availability. In case of an upgrade to a higher fare, the price difference will be charged.

In case of a ticket rebooking/rerouting, the reissue of the ticket has to be done within 4 hours from the creation of the new reservation.

All charges apply per ticket, per route and per passenger.

Children between 2 and 12 years of age are being charged with the 75% of the normal fare, in addition to the applicable taxes and airport charges. When a child completes the 12 years of age before or during the journey, then a normal fare is applicable without any child discount.

Infant fares are valid for babies aged between 0 and 2 years who are not occupying a seat and accompanied by an adult (one adult for each infant) and are being offered at a standard charge of 15.00 EUR per route plus taxes (where applicable according to the route) for international flights and at 10.00 EUR per route plus taxes (where applicable according to the route) for domestic flights. For a seat reservation, the cost will be the 75% of the available normal fare and additionally the applicable taxes and airport charges.The 15.00 EUR service fee (YR) is not applicable on infant fares.

Classic category fare rules in L,K,B,Q,X,V class

In case of ticket cancellation, only taxes are refundable, the surcharge (YQ) is excluded. A ticket cancellation fee (YR) of 20.00 EUR is applicable.

The service fee of 15.00 EUR (YR) that is being charged via Ellinair call center or airport offices for each ticket issuance or amendment, is non-refundable.

In case of a No-Show passenger, for any ticket amendment, there is a 40.00 EUR No-Show fee per ticket, or the equivalent amount in USD.

The ticket can be changed at an extra charge of 50.00 EUR per segment plus 15.00 EUR service fee (YR), or the equivalent amount in USD, for international flights, and 30.00 EUR per segment plus 15.00 EUR service fee (YR), or the equivalent amount in USD for domestic flights, at any time and up to 3 hours before the flight departure, in the same fare level as originally booked.

In case there is no availability in the same fare level, the difference of the highest available fare in addition to the charge of 50.00 EUR per segment plus 15.00 EUR service fee (YR), or the equivalent amount in USD, for international flights and 30.00 EUR per segment plus 15.00 EUR service fee (YR), or the equivalent amount in USD for domestic flights, is calculated.

Super category fare rules in W,S,T,U,P,E class

In case of ticket cancellation, only taxes are refundable, the surcharge (YQ) is excluded. A ticket cancellation fee (YR) of 20.00 EUR is applicable.

The service fee of 15.00 EUR (YR) that is being charged via Ellinair call center or airport offices for each ticket issuance or amendment, is non-refundable.

In case of a No-Show passenger, for any ticket amendment, there is a 40.00 EUR No-Show fee per ticket, or the equivalent amount in USD.

Issuance /cancellation of the ticket at the same day (void ticket) is not allowed for this fare category.

General fare rules:

For any transaction via Ellinair call center or airport offices, a service charge of 15.00 EUR (YR) is applicable and will not be refunded in case of ticket cancellation.
The rebooking fee subject to the fare rules applicable on the date of change and will not be refunded in case of ticket cancellation irrespective of the cause.
The ticket is a Personal contract between the Airline and the Passenger and cannot be transferred to another person.
In case of name change, the amount of 35.00 EUR (includes 15.00 EUR service fee YR) or the equivalent amount in USD will be charged and is only permitted for the following cases:
a) Incorrect entry of the name during its transliteration using Latin characters.
b) A passenger with two names, while the ticket bears only one name.
c) Bookings made by spouses that have different surnames.
d) Confusion between first name and surname.
Rerouting is permitted only to a destination within the same country and subjects to additional charges (according to the regulations of each booking class), as well as taxes and airport charges.
Fare combinations are allowed and the rule of each fare applies.
Open ticket is not permitted and new reservation must be done within 4 hours time frame.
Fare downgrading is not permitted.The new ticket must be calculated at the same or higher fare level of the original ticket.
Identity cards and Passports accompanied by a Visa (where required) are considered to be travel documents. Passengers are obligated to be aware of the regulations for entry into a foreign country.
Ticket changes, refund of the ticket value and issuance/cancellation of the ticket on the same day (void ticket) is not allowed in the case of incorrect or insufficient travel documents, e.g. expired passport, non-procurement of a Visa and in the case of entry refusal into any destination country by the local authorities.
For any ticket cancellation due to visa rejection a ticket cancellation service fee of 20.00 EUR (YR) applies.
In case of a No-Show passenger, the issuance/cancellation of the ticket on the same day (void ticket) is not permitted for all fare categories. Void action is also not permitted for all booking classes within 2 hours (or less) prior to departure.
Ticket validity is limited up to one (1) year and varies according to different fare rules.
For any ticket cancellation (refund) via Ellinair call center or airport offices a cancellation service fee of 20.00 EUR applies.
