New air travel process

We are with you at every step of your trip, informing you about everything you need to know, from choosing a flight to arriving at your destination.

 

 

Passenger Locator Form (PLF)

 

Beginning July 9 2020 and according to Greek΄s Government decision, all passengers travelling on international flights to all Greek airports, are obliged to complete the special Passenger Locator Form (PLF) 24 hours before their flight departure. The Passenger’s Locator Form can be accessed HERE  https://travel.gov.gr/#/

 

Flight selection and booking

If you already have a ticket and your flight was canceled due to a pandemic, you may change the travel date or destination without a rebooking fee by choosing a new date for your trip.

Credit Voucher Issuance

If you do not know when you want to travel you will be offered at your request a credit voucher with a validity period of 18 months from the date of issue for the amount of  your ticket cost for future use.

Trip cancellation and refund.

If you decide not to travel and do not use a credit voucher during the validity period, you can cash it out after 18 months from the date of issue.

Seat reservation

We offer seat reservation  via  web check in service 48 hours prior departure to avoid crowds at airports. You can reserve a seat in the front rows or in the middle rows at the exits for an additional fee (basic / standard) or free (comfort). It is also possible to pay for an extra seat for extra comfort during the flight. It is recommended to measure your temperature before heading to the  departure airport , and if you have  fever, you should cancel your boarding pass and trip.

Meal selection

The special meal and the on-board catering offer are temporarily canceled due to our company’s compliance with the safety protocols of the International Organization for Aviation Safety related to limited food and drink service during the flight.

Passenger service at the airport

The use of a mask / face shield to close the face (mouth-nose) is mandatory in all areas of the airport, and we recommend that you familiarize yourself with possible new changes in procedures before arriving at the departure airport . The services offered at airports are adapted to the new conditions, and passengers undergo a temperature test. We recommend having more time at your disposal for better service at the baggage drop-off desks, as well as at the box office. To limit your physical contact, we recommend using payment cards and POS-terminals for all your transactions. Access to business lounges is limited and temporarily closed at some airports.

Carry-on baggage allowance

In accordance with the new regulations in force regarding the safety and health of passengers due to Covid-19, only one (1) personal item is allowed, for example: hand luggage up to 8kg and dimensions up to  55x40x20 or  woman's handbag, briefcase or computer case. All other baggage must be checked in at check-in counters, speeding up the process at checkpoints and on board.

New boarding process

While boarding you are required to wear a protective mask / face shield (mouth-nose), which you have to wear throughout the flight, but its use should not exceed 4 hours. At the boarding gate a personal verification of the boarding pass and contactless presentation of your identity card or passport is offered, restricting contact with airport personnel. Transportation to airplanes is carried out by a large number of bus routes due to a reduction in their throughput by 50%.

Passenger service during the flight

Our planes are thoroughly cleaned and everything is disinfected to the smallest detail. Also, the aircraft are equipped with the most modern cabin filters. For the best and safe service during the flight, strictly following the procedures for limited contact with cabin crew, we offer antiseptic napkins and bottled water. Our crews are equipped with gloves and face masks, due to this they safely offer their services. All passengers are required to wear a face mask / face shield (nose - mouth) throughout the flight, but their use should not exceed 4 hours. Use of a mask / face shield for children under 6 years old is optional. We warn you that you are not able  to change your seat on the plane.

Filling out the information form for Covid - 19

The information form is distributed by flight attendants to all passengers of international flights. You should fill it out with contact details, the seat on the plane and the address of your residence, and provide it to the crew before arrival at the destination airport.

New deboarding process

Deboarding of passengers occurs in parts and always in accordance with the instructions of the flight attendants in order to avoid crowding and to keep distance between passengers. The use of a protective mask / shield is mandatory during the deboarding, and we recommend  you to limit contact with other passengers when passing through the airport and during your stay at the baggage claim.

Health Check for Covid-19

Upon the arrival  flights from abroad, the authorities monitor compliance with the special sanitary protocol, which provides a selective test for the detection of COVID-19.
